The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because most of our products are shipped from different warehouses, our shipping and handling times can vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing time: As soon as we receive your order details and payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1- 4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. For US-based deliveries we use epacket which is a US postal service product which typically takes 7-14 days. For other international deliveries, the shipping time may vary depending on the location and customs and import process. You can expect to receive your package through your local carrier once it passes through customs.
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Track Your Order . Please do not panic if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to update. Please note that while many of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes! We are confident that you will love the items you bought from us. However, if you do not find the items suitable for you, you may return/exchange the item. We do offer a 30-day returns policy.
The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag that it arrives in and/or an alternative clean, safe, and secured packaging. If your return item arrives without the bag or a suitable packaging or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reasons, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
